    Not quite Star Wars, but George Lucas' THX 1138 will be in theaters on September 10th and on DVD on September 14th.

    From IMDB: THX-1138 (1971) ** Robert Duvall, Donald Pleasence. Futuristic depiction of totalitarian rule a la Orwell's "1984" with a man trying to live within the restrictions he's faced in his sterile/police sanctioned environment. Great production design but ultimately boring and snail paced lethargy sets in. Produced by Francis Ford Coppola and directing debut of wunderkind George Lucas. **Title is found cleverly as John Milner's license plate number in "American Graffiti" and prison cell of Princess Leia in "Star Wars".
